Transfer of Academic Credits
Universities and colleges use the term "academic credit transfer" to refer to a student who wants to continue their studies or experience more prestigious institutions while in school. However, the primary cause for the credit transfer could be something personal, such as a change in the employment of the student or one of their family members, health problems, dissatisfaction with the current institution, or a discontinued course. Due to these circumstances, a student might have to finish the current semester before transferring their credits to the desired university in order to finish the remaining semesters. There isn't a single model that can be identified as a universal credit model. See Procedure On Transfer Course Credits.
EBC provides credit transfer to cut down on study time and also serves as eligibility to finish degree programmes faster. The EBC Credit system is built on two major principles:
Transfer Credits from Prior Education - Credits obtained by successfully completing academic requirements at another institution, including internal assignments, reports, projects, and exams.
Transfer Credits from Valid Professional Experience - The EBC may accept certain courses and/or general education credits in lieu of knowledge and abilities that have been obtained via a variety of job and life experiences or independent study.
